Wyman's Teen Outreach Program® is a comprehensive youth development strategy that promotes the positive development of adolescents through a combination of curriculum-guided group discussion and community service learning. The program provides teens with the necessary supports and opportunities to prepare for successful adulthood and avoid problem behavior.

Deliver Wyman's TOP® Successfully as a Colorado Affiliate with Colorado Youth Matter!
Colorado Youth Matter works directly with sites through the process of successfully implementing Wyman's TOP® through a cost-sharing model to make this nationally recognized program more accessible in Colorado. As skilled and experienced trainers and technical assistance (TA) providers for over 20 years in Colorado, Colorado Youth Matter will provide ongoing support, training and guidance to ensure your TOP® program is effective and sustainable. Colorado Youth Matter can provide up to ten hours of technical assistance and program planning, implementation and evaluation support and assistance.
What to Expect as a Colorado Network for Wyman's TOP® Affiliate:• Implement the TOP® Program with fidelity to the process described in the training manual called "Following the TOP® Approach," including but not limited to:
• Provide an administrative Coordinator for the TOP® program.
